Saatchi & Saatchi invited me to collaborate with their ORAL-B global campaign launch for their new products, in special the new dental floss and the electric toothbrushes. I was brought in to work on Kinetic / Motion Typography, bringing to visually represent the characteristics of the products.
Additionally, I was invited to contribute with their social media team. At the time they were campaigning for Super Bowl and Valentines Day, and with the help of the copy and strategy teammates, we came up with the best concept to align these important events to their line of products.
Oral-B Deep Clean Floss
Here the concept of smooth glide and perfect clean was perfected with the use of typography and styling while on brand. The constraint of time made it a challenge to represent those ideas in a matter of seconds.
Oral-B iO Toothbrush
From the 3D renders that the client already produced, I was asked to develop and perfect the copy over the animation and to integrate it to the overall look and feel of the product.
Other parts of the process included a walkthrough with the toothbrushâs operating mode and achieving the right amount of motion for the type to go with the ads.
For social media, we developed a reel resembling the dating app feature of swiping left or right on the perfect match.
And for Super Bowl, the selected products were offered in a combo purchase for a limited period of time, incorporating elements from the event into the ad.
